These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of scaletoday.site (the "Site") and any services, communications, or content provided by Scale Today LLC ("Scale Today," "we," "us," or "our"). Scale Today provides marketing and lead generation services for contractors and other local businesses, including paid advertising management, lead qualification, automated follow-up, landing pages and funnels, and appointment booking support. The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Scale Today.

2. Eligibility

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Scale Today LLC related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up about our services, and customer support. If you separately agree to receive marketing messages, you may also receive promotional texts.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scale Today LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose or one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scale Today LLC from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
